This resource is designed to inspire students to understand, appreciate and care for their local waterway through engaging, cross-curricular, citizen-science activities.

Students learn about a saucer scallop fishery around the Abrolhos Islands of Western Australia, where climate change and marine heatwaves are having a serious impact on fishing activities.

A free online educational game that teaches students about the impacts of ocean acidification and how they can take action to prevent it.  Through a series of interactive decisions and evaluations, students will learn about the causes and effects of ocean acidification and evaluate solutions that can help reduce its impact on marine ecosystems and people.
